Start with puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares
Grease a ramekin dish.
And lay the square of puff pastry right in there.
Then start on your egg mixture. I just used one egg cause my dishes were pretty small. Add some cream or half and half, salt and pepper. I added some rosemary too but it came out WAY faster than i anticipated.
Then add your favorite ingredients, I used spinach, bacon and some smoked gouda, but the possibilities are endless. You can use sausage, artichokes, whatever you have in the fridge.
Once you've added your ingredients pour them into your puff pastry.
Throw it in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the egg is set and voila! Simple and delicious breakfast!
